We offer in-person care (Berea, Oh + Longview, WA), phone appointments, and video appointments.
You will have a personal account to message your therapist and our staff.

We accept many insurances, so check our insurance page, or email us to find out if we accept yours.

1. Check your email to receive your client portal request (the link will expire after 72 hours).

2. Click the link provided in the email. Create a password.

In this client portal, you can see all upcoming appointments and review any paperwork that we may need for you to fill out.

3. After you log in, you will see a few document requests from our team.

4. We will need to confirm some personal information, have you sign our privacy policy +cancelation policy, consent form, and confirm any insurance. (These are all done online so no downloading is necessary)

Once completed you are all set! (make sure to complete documents at least 24 hours before your appointment).
APPOINTMENT DAY
Make sure all co-pays/co-insurances are paid. Click here to make a payment.

Video Sessions: You will return to this portal on the day of your appointment if you have a telehealth session. Click on the appointment or telehealth tab to start your HIPAA-compliant session. (Oh, and there is nothing to download so it will be as easy as 1,2,3!)

Phone sessions: You will receive a call from your therapist at your appointment time.
