Reiki Healing + Yin Yoga Therapy Class-limited space

This Reiki and Yin Yoga class will increase your body’s communication pathways to promote healing.

Indulge in tranquility this April evening and into the cozy, candlelit studio for this nurturing 90 minute reiki and yin yoga class. During our time we’ll gently move our bodies to awaken and welcome the energy of spring. Rachel will guide you through a gentle yin practice, while Laura will provide the soothing energy of reiki to promote balance and harmony within.

This class will include springtime inspired readings, soothing sounds, and magical lights sprinkled throughout this special offering.

By the end of the class, you’ll feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace the growth and possibilities that spring brings. Class size is limited.
