Join us for an hour of deep relaxation and rejuvenation as we welcome the new season. Led by Laura B (E-RYT 500, YACEP), you’ll settle into a comfortable position and let go of tension while staying mentally alert. Through gentle guidance, you’ll explore sensations in your body and breath, releasing stress and making space for renewal. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a supportive environment for embracing the vitality of spring. Come join us and emerge feeling refreshed and grounded!
Your investment for this self-care event is $25. It will alsol include a special aromatherapy roller and amethyst crystals to support your practice. You will have the option to enjoy a light snack after this event.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
To make your experience as comfortable as possible please wear comfortable clothing and you may bring any of the following items: Yoga mat, blankets and pillows. (Please let us know in advance if you would like to sit in a chair for this meditation event).
